WOCHAD is a Non-for-profit Non-Governmental organization formed in 2001 in Ebonyi State Nigeria to respond to Womens Health, Gender inequality, violence against women and girls, empowerment and Community Development. The Organization promotes maternal and child health, general wellbeing of families and respond to emerging health and development issues that affects the health of women and children.

WOCHAD envisions Nigerian Women and Children free from HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Reproductive Health related morbidity and mortality and are empowered to contribute to societal development. .

WOCHAD provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Reproductive Health and Development services, conducts advocacy and social mobilization, sensitization, awareness creations, campaign, capacity building, service provision, empowerment, monitoring and evaluation aimed at addressing current health and development issues of women, Children and young people. .
